French Café Habitat is committed to making every effort to provide efficient services in a timely manner according to the agreed schedules. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation to achieve specific results.

To acknowledge any claim, French Café Habitat must be notified by sending a recorded letter to its registered office within a specified period after the delivery of goods or the provision of services.

All our contractual relationships are exclusively governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
